憧れの農耕暮らし
先日参加した橋の下でも農園を持ってまして、
各飲食出店から出た生ゴミを回収し堆肥にして橋の下農園の肥やしにするというプロジェクト。サツマイモを収穫し芋焼酎にして橋の下で販売するという循環。

They also have a farm under the bridge where I participated the other day.
A project to collect food waste from each restaurant and turn it into compost to fertilize Hashimoto Farm. The cycle involves harvesting sweet potatoes, turning them into shochu, and selling them under the bridge.
