こんにちは､こんばんは､おはようございます
新しい一週間も明けましておめでとうございます
週明けの昨日､月曜日は夏の重たく蒸し暑い空気が戻ったような口を開けば「暑い」の声が漏れる一日でしたが
ようやく昨夜遅くになり､それまで我慢していた雲達が雨粒の涙をこぼし
今朝はまた秋の涼しさが戻った雨がぽつぽつこぼれる朝

週末日曜日は池上本門寺のすぐ傍まで自転車で向かいｱﾆﾒｰｼｮﾝｸﾗｽのﾀﾞﾝｽﾚｯｽﾝをして参りました
今回は下は年中さんから上は自分と同じ歳くらいのお父さんまで20名ほどお集まりいただき

めいいっぱい汗をかいてﾀﾞﾝｽをして参りました……
子供達はWOの棒起こしが気に入ったようで､棒やりたい!棒やりたい!もう一回!もう一回!の嵐で休む間も無く､絶え間なく地べたに寝転び起こされるのを嬉しそうに待つ子供達を自分は一体何回起こしたのか……
無邪気な笑顔には敵いません……

成人のみなさんもﾊﾟｽﾞﾙのような難しい振りに頭をめいいっぱい使って挑戦してくれ
最後は年中さんから大人まで皆で合わせて一曲めいいっぱい踊りました

子供達の行事が沢山ある為10月のﾚｯｽﾝは一度だけですが
次はまた来月
また､子供達の棒やりたい!の声に負けない体力を維持していかないとです……笑

そんなﾚｯｽﾝの前には高級住宅街の坂道の先の緑溢れる公園へ

しかし夏の暑さが去った公園内は以前は一人も人が居なかったのですが､涼しくなった今回は子供達やご家族､散歩するおじいさまおばあさまの姿で溢れ賑わっていて､少しだけﾍﾞﾝﾁで汗が引くのを待ち

緑に癒されて参りました……
そんな時見かけた白い花

川沿いでも見かける花だとは思ったのですが､川沿いと違う緑の空間に佇むその花は､空気の綺麗さも相まってより美しく輝いているように感じました

梔子の主人公と同じように一目惚れした白い花

まるで空を見上げ歌っているように見えました……

工業地帯の中で感じる､目にする花や緑達も美しく感じますが

高級住宅街の中の緑の公園で感じる､目にする花や緑達はより品を感じるのでしょうか

でも､そんな工業地帯からでも輝ける花になれたら良いですね……

また一歩秋が深まる今週
涼しさと暑さの寒暖差から､お身体崩されませんように大切になさってください

今週も心あたたかく過ごせる一週間の日々時間でありますように

心に優しい秋の風が､心を優しい秋の色が包んでくれる一週間でありますように

明日も良い一日でありますように……

小さい秋見つけ､生きよう｡

Hello, good evening, good morning
 Happy new week!
 Yesterday, Monday, was the first day of the week, and it felt like the heavy, humid air of summer had returned, and every time I opened my mouth, I could hear the words, “It’s hot.”
 Finally, late last night, the clouds that had been holding back shed tears of raindrops.
 This morning, the coolness of autumn has returned, and the rain is pouring down here and there.

 On the weekend, on Sunday, I rode my bicycle right next to Ikegami Honmonji Temple and had an animation class dance lesson.
 This time around 20 people gathered, ranging from middle-aged people to fathers around my age.

 I sweated a lot and danced…
 The children seemed to like WO’s wake-up with a stick, and they were constantly lying on the ground happily waiting to be woken up by the storm of “I want to play the stick! I want to play the stick! One more time! One more time!”  How many times have I caused this…
 Nothing beats an innocent smile…

 Adults are welcome to use their brains to try difficult puzzle-like movements.
 At the end, everyone from all ages to adults danced to the song to the fullest.

 There will only be one lesson in October as there are many events for the children.

 Also, I have to maintain my physical strength to keep up with the voices of the children who say they want to play sticks…lol

 Before that lesson, I headed to a park full of greenery at the end of a slope in an upscale residential area.

 However, once the summer heat had passed, there wasn’t a single person in the park, but now that it’s cooler, it’s crowded with children, families, and elderly people taking walks.  Wait for the sweat to subside on the bench

 I have been healed by the greenery…
 At that time, I saw a white flower

 I thought it was a flower that could be seen along the river, but I felt that the flower standing in a green space different from the riverside, combined with the clean air, shined even more beautifully.

 A white flower that fell in love at first sight, just like the main character of Yuko

 It looked like he was looking up at the sky and singing…

 The flowers and greenery I see in the industrial area also feel beautiful.

 Do the flowers and greenery you see in a green park in a high-class residential area make you feel more classy?

 But it would be great if even from such an industrial area, it could become a shining flower…

 This week, autumn deepens once again.
 Please take care of your body so that it does not deteriorate due to the difference in temperature between cool and hot.
