先日とあるお店にもんじゃ焼き食べに行きましたところ「豚骨ラーメンもんじゃ」なるものが！
自称勉強の鬼としては食べる以外に選択肢はないw
普通もんじゃ焼きには必ず？入っているキャベツはなくメインは麺
いざ食べてみるとこれがめちゃめちゃ旨かった！
ということで翌日に自分のラーメンで早速試作。今回は塩ダレで。
お店のはキャベツが入ってなかったのですがとりあえず入れてみた。もちろん麺も！
麺が茹だるかどうか心配でしたが味も染みていい感じ。
さてお味の方はというと
これは今季の蔵王温泉店で宴会メニュー決定ですね！
色々スープで試してみたいな〜

The other day, I went to a certain restaurant to eat Monjayaki, and they had something called “Tonkotsu Ramen Monja”!
As a self-proclaimed study demon, I have no choice but to eat lol
Is it a must for normal Monjayaki? There is no cabbage in it, the main dish is noodles.
When I tried it, it was really delicious!
So, I made a prototype of my own ramen the next day. This time with salt sauce.
The store version didn’t have cabbage in it, but I added it anyway. Of course noodles too!
I was worried about whether the noodles would be boiled or not, but they tasted good.
Now, as for the taste…
This season’s banquet menu has been decided at the Zao Onsen store!
I want to try it with various soups.
