冷たい風吹く夕暮れのあたたかな色と週末の夕暮れ前の優しい色に包まれる時間

新しい一週間の始まりの月曜日
先週も冷たい本当に一週間お疲れ様でした……
久しぶりの月曜日､今週は今年は水曜日25日のｸﾘｽﾏｽまでBLOGを続けさせていただきます｡
週末は急激に冷たい空気に包まれたこちら
みなさんの方も雪が降ったりと凍りそうなほど冷たい週末だったと思います
ｲﾝﾌﾙｴﾝｻﾞも流行っているようで､この年末に体調崩したくはないですが何処で流行り病をもらってしまうかわからないような状態､穏やかな年末を過ごせるよう､お気をつけください､そしてお体じゅうぶんご自愛くださいませ……
昨日もﾀﾞﾝｽﾚｯｽﾝへ自転車で向かったのですが冷たい空気の中の自転車での長距離移動はどれだけ防寒していても厳しく､橋の上で感じる向かい風は石の壁のように重く冷たく､ﾄﾚｰﾆﾝｸﾞをしているような気分でした……
ﾀﾞﾝｽﾚｯｽﾝ前に冷たい川沿いを少しだけ自転車で走り体が少し温まったと思いきや風の試練を受け､陽射し降り注ぐ開けた場所ですら冷たかった週末
ﾚｯｽﾝ後､先輩の奥様と動画を撮影しようと､ｽﾀｼﾞｵ近くの立派なお寺､池上本門寺へ……
丘の上一帯に広がる本門寺の敷地はとても広くあの力道山のお墓もこの敷地内にあるようで
今回初めてお寺へお参りさせていただいたのですが､撮影禁止のお寺の内部は圧巻の光景でした……辰年にふさわしい黄金色の竜
そして天井には京都の鳴き竜を思わせる大きな竜が描かれちょっと感動してしまいました……
それから､先日発表会が開催されたﾎｰﾙのある建物の屋上で振り付けから撮影まで……
陽が傾き沈んでいく街並みと､ここからもまた遠くに富士山が見え､改めて富士山の大きさに感動したのですが
それよりも丘の上､建物の展望台上はより空気が冷たく､動いていないと凍え死んでしまいそうなほどでした
そんな時現れた警備員のおじさま……
注意されるかと思いきや､それどころかおじさまの愉快な身の上ばなしが始まり……
健康診断に行ったことはない医者にかかったことはこれまで一度もない､酒は飲まない煙草は喫う､年下の彼女と楽しく過ごしている77歳の元気なおじさまのようで……
全く注意されず20分近く楽しく会話し､最後はｻﾎﾞっているのがﾊﾞﾚるかもと慌ててその場から離れて行きました……笑
愉快な警備員のおじさんも踊らせようと試みたのですがﾀﾞﾒでした……
おじさんに癒されたのは良いのですが､体が冷えてしまいその後動画を撮影してまた冷たい石の壁のような風吹く橋を越え東京から神奈川へ……
気づけばもう辺りは暗く街灯や車のﾗｲﾄが眩しい冷たい夜の始まりと夕暮れの終わり頃帰宅
冷えた体が中々温まらなかった日曜日の夜でした
おしゃべり警備員のおじさまや､ﾚｯｽﾝ中も延々と止まらない子供のおしゃべりに癒され冷たい週末も心はあたたかな時間でした
少しだけ踊っている動画､最後の水曜日にBlogに載せさせていただきます……
新しい一週間も冷たい空気や流行り病に負けず
心はあたたかな日々時間でありますように……
明日も良い一日でありますように
あたたかく優しい風が心も体もそっと包んでくれますように……

Monday the start of a new week
Thank you for your hard work last week as well as the cold weather…
It’s been a while since it’s been a Monday, and this week I will continue blogging until Christmas on Wednesday the 25th.
This weekend was suddenly enveloped in cold air.
I’m sure everyone had a cold weekend with snow falling and freezing.
Influenza seems to be going around, so I don’t want to get sick at the end of this year, but I don’t know where I’m going to catch the pandemic, so please be careful and take care of yourself so that you can have a peaceful end of the year. Not…
I went to a dance class yesterday by bicycle, but cycling long distances in the cold air is tough no matter how cold you are, and the headwind I felt on the bridge was heavy and cold, like a stone wall, and it made training difficult. I felt like I was doing…
I thought I had warmed up a little by riding my bike along the cold river before the dance lesson, but the wind tested me, and even the sunny open areas were cold on the weekend.
After the lesson, I went to Ikegami Honmonji, a splendid temple near the studio, to shoot a video with my senior’s wife…
The site of Honmonji Temple, which stretches all over the hill, is very large, and it seems that the grave of Mt. Rikido is also on this site.
This was my first time visiting a temple, and the interior of the temple, where photography was prohibited, was an amazing sight…a golden dragon, perfect for the Year of the Dragon.
And on the ceiling, there was a big dragon drawn that reminded me of Kyoto’s Nakiryu, and I was a little moved…
Then, we did everything from choreography to filming on the roof of the building where the hall was where the recital was held the other day…
I could see the cityscape as the sun was setting and I could see Mt. Fuji in the distance, and I was once again impressed by the size of Mt. Fuji.
The air was even colder on top of the hill and on the observatory of the building, to the point where I felt like I would freeze to death if I didn’t move.
At that time, a security guard appeared…
I thought he was going to get a warning, but instead the uncle started telling funny personal stories…
He has never been to a doctor for a health check, he doesn’t drink alcohol, he only smokes, and he seems like a healthy 77-year-old man who enjoys spending time with his younger girlfriend…
We had a fun conversation for about 20 minutes without getting any attention, and in the end, I panicked and left the place, thinking that I might find out that I was slacking off…lol
I tried to get the funny old guard to dance, but it didn’t work…
It was nice to be healed by the old man, but my body got cold, and after that I shot a video and headed back from Tokyo to Kanagawa, crossing a bridge with a wind blowing like a cold stone wall…
Before I knew it, it was already dark and the streetlights and car lights were dazzling.It was the beginning of a cold night and I returned home at the end of dusk.
It was a Sunday night, and my cold body was struggling to warm up.
I was soothed by the chatty security guard and the children’s endless chatter during the lesson, and it warmed my heart even on a cold weekend.
I will post a video of me dancing a little on my blog last Wednesday…
Don’t give in to the cold air and epidemics in the new week
