2025   The first Monday of another new year.

2025  また新しい年が動き始めた月曜日

改めまして
2025年·新年·そして新しい一週間·最初の一週間始まりの月曜日·明けましておめでとうございます

昨日までの年始の空気から､がらっと空気が変わり動き始めたように感じた街
空も慌ただしく雲に覆われ冷たかった朝の空気
雨粒がコートに弾けると
ざざっと降りだす雨

今朝はそんな動き始めた街の空気を人々を感じながら最後の神社へお参りへ行ってきました
不思議とその神社へ入ると雨粒を落としていた雲が晴れ始め､青空と陽射しが顔を覗かせ始めました

街中の､樹々に覆われた別空間はやはり今年も不思議な力を感じました
金色の葉を落とし寂しくなった大銀杏の樹も今年もドシッと立っていました

近所の神社から始まり､川崎大師そして､最後は稲毛神社､三ヵ所の神社お寺を巡り昨年と新年のご挨拶､お参りを済ませてまいりました

みなさん､慌ただしい一年の終わりと新しい年の始まりのわずかな年越しの日々､穏やかな時間を過ごせたと良いなと思います……

自分は､昨年一粒も口にしなかった米粒をめいいっぱい堪能した三が日
年が明けた瞬間にコンビニへ行きツナマヨと梅のおにぎりをいただきました

久々のお米はとても美味しかったですがやめていたからか悪いことをしているようなそんな罪悪感を少し感じた久々のお米

３日までに好きな食べ方でお米を堪能しました
おにぎりに始まり､次は納豆ごはん､次は卵かけご飯､ふりかけごはん､最後はカレーライスと５合ほどめいいっぱいご飯をいただきました
やっぱりご飯て美味しいなと感じた一年の始まりの小さな幸せのひとときでした

そして､年始の家族との一杯に､Amazonでずっと気になっていた映画【オッペンハイマー】も観て毎日慌ただしくしている自分にとっては贅沢な数日間を存分に感じることが出来た新年の始まりでした

錆び猫のきなこも毎日のように会いに来てくれて､静かな工業地帯も海も感じられて
一年のうちの三日間でもこんな自由な時間を感じられて幸せでした

そしてみなさんからの年賀状､今年は訳あって「髙」からの年賀状お送り出来ず申し訳ありません……

誕生日のあたたかなお声も､みなさん本当にありがとうございました｡

今年も一年､動き始めた2025年も
よろしくお願いいたします｡

みなさんの2025年が昨年よりもまた心あたたかく､沢山の優しい風感じる日々時間でありますように……

今週は月曜日のご挨拶と水曜日のOrange Planetの挨拶､そして12日､日曜日(紺)から本年最初のBlogのスタートとさせていただきます
改めまして本年も「髙」を何卒よろしくお願いいたします……

 The city feels like the atmosphere has completely changed from the New Year’s atmosphere until yesterday, and it feels like it’s starting to move.
 The sky was busy with clouds and the morning air was cold.
 When the raindrops splash on the coat
 rain that starts to fall

 This morning, I went to the last shrine to pray while feeling the atmosphere of the city, which is starting to move, and the people there.
 Strangely, as I entered the shrine, the clouds that had been dropping raindrops began to clear up, and the blue sky and sunlight began to peek out.

 This year too, I felt a mysterious power in a separate space in the city covered with trees.
 The large ginkgo tree, which had shed its golden leaves and became lonely, was still standing strong this year.

 Starting from a nearby shrine, Kawasaki Daishi, and finally Inage Shrine, we visited three shrines and temples to say last year’s and New Year’s greetings and to pray.

 I hope you all had a peaceful time during the brief New Year’s Eve days at the end of a hectic year and the beginning of a new one…

 On the third day, I thoroughly enjoyed the rice grains that I didn’t eat at all last year.
 The moment the new year started, I went to a convenience store and got some tuna mayonnaise and plum rice balls.

 The rice I had eaten for the first time in a while was very delicious, but I felt a little guilty as if I was doing something wrong because I had stopped eating rice for the first time in a while.

 By the 3rd day, I had enjoyed the rice the way I wanted to eat it.
 We started with rice balls, then natto rice, then egg-fried rice, furikake rice, and finally curry rice.We had about 5 cups of rice.
 It was a small moment of happiness at the beginning of the year when I realized that food is delicious after all.

 Also, I had a drink with my family at the beginning of the year, and I also watched a movie [Oppenheimer] that I had been interested in for a long time on Amazon, and for me, who is busy every day, I was able to fully enjoy a luxurious few days.It was the beginning of a new year.  It was

 Kinako, the rust cat, comes to see me almost every day, and I can feel the quiet industrial area and the sea.
 I was happy to have such free time even for three days out of the year.

 And to everyone’s New Year’s cards, I’m sorry that for some reason I can’t send you a New Year’s card from Taka this year…

 Thank you very much to everyone for your kind words on my birthday.

 This year is another year, and 2025 is starting to move.
 Thank you for your support.

 I hope that your year 2025 will be even warmer than last year, and you will feel many gentle breezes every day…

 This week, we will have a greeting on Monday, a greeting from Orange Planet on Wednesday, and the first blog of the year will start on Sunday the 12th (dark blue).

２０２４年最後のお声そして、２０２５年最初のお声届けて下さり、おりがとうございました！
本年も明けましておめでとうございます
昨年はウォーキング大会など大きな変化や挑戦があった一年でしたね…..
毎日何かをやる事、続けることって中々出来ませんね……自分もきっかけはダンスのお仕事をするようになってからでした
何かのきっかけがあってそれが日常の一部になって、だからそれがかけると何だか駄目なんじゃないかみたいな気になって
でも、それでも苦しくなく色々な事を続けられているのは、応援して下さるみなさんのあたたかな声やお気持ちがあるからです
きなこさんも、苦しくなく続けていって下さいね！
そして波動の高い言葉、「ありがとう」「明けましておめでとうございます」……知らずに使っていた言葉にはそんな強い力があったのですね！
これからも毎週のありがとうと、明けましておめでとう言い続けていきます。
2025年、動き始めた月曜日、インフルエンザが流行っているようですが、きなこさんもお身体ご自愛くださいませ…….
