蔵王温泉でのパーティーから戻り日常へ
ひと月ぶりの蔵王はそれほど寒くはなく
むしろこっち帰ってきてからの方が寒く感じていますw
こっちを出る前日に天日干しにしといた「塩」
出かけてる間にいい具合に水分も抜けて鉄のフライパンで最後の仕上げをしてみると、
普段買ってる藻塩と似たような色になりました。
舐めてみたら塩味だけでなく甘みも感じられたりして、しょっぱいだけではない美味しい塩が出来ました！！
料理するのが好きなのですが、これでますまふ料理が楽しくなりますw

Returning from a party at Zao Onsen to everyday life
It’s not too cold in Zao for the first time in a month
In fact, it feels colder after I got back here lol
“Salt” was dried in the sun the day before I left this place.
While I was out, I tried to remove the moisture and try to finish it off with an iron frying pan.
It’s a similar colour to the seaweed salt I usually buy.
When I licked it, I felt not only salty but also sweet, and I got a delicious salt that wasn’t just salty! !
I like cooking, but this makes cooking even more fun lol
