皆様ご無沙汰してます イチです
いよいよ今年もいよいよ年の瀬ですね
一年良いこと悪いこと色々有りながらあっという間に過ぎていきました。
そんな中でいつ自分の人生が終わってしまっても不思議はない事を、あらためて思い知らされる年でもありました。当たり前のように過ぎていく毎日は当たり前ではないんだと命がけで気づかせてくれたアキちゃんと伸ちゃん。

愛する人には毎日愛を伝えよう
感謝する事があればありがとうを言おう
納得いかないことがあっても怒りをぶち撒けることのないように
会いたい人には会いに行こう
行きたい所へ出かけよう
人には親切でいよう
人生を大切に楽しもう
と。
自分なりのやり方で
在り方で
日々一歩ずつでも
遊び 笑い 転び 学び
笑顔の多き毎日をお過ごしください！

 It’s been a long time everyone. It’s Ichi.
 It’s finally the end of this year.
 The year went by in the blink of an eye, with both good and bad things.
 It was also a year in which I was once again reminded that it would not be surprising if my life ended at any time.  Aki-chan and Shin-chan risked their lives to make me realize that the days that pass by as if they were normal are not normal.

 Express your love to your loved ones every day
 If you have something to be grateful for, say thank you.
 Don’t get angry even if you don’t agree with something
 Let’s go meet the people we want to meet
 Let’s go where we want to go
 Be kind to people
 Enjoy life to the fullest
 And.

 in the way of being
 Even if it’s just one step each day
 Play, Laugh, Fall, Learn
