焼き肉のタレについての考察
皆さんは焼き肉と言ったらタレ派、塩派どちらでしょうか？
僕はタレ派です
かつて自分のレシピで焼き肉してた時期もあるのですが、ここ最近はタレ100%となってました
自分ちで焼き肉出来るようにするだけあって焼き肉大好きなんですが、なるべく美味しく食べたいという気持ちは当たり前？！
そこで完璧なタレ発見の旅に出たのですw
そうして辿り着いた旨いタレ
創味の初代がっつりニンニクと玉ねぎ
すりおろしのニンニク玉ねぎでめちゃくちゃ旨い！
しかしです。あることに気がついてしまった。
このタレは自分的には最高に旨いのですが肉の味を覆い尽くしてしまっているんではないか？という疑問。
確かに旨い、故に肉の味が霞む。
せっかく国産のいい肉を買ってきてもどの肉も同じ味になってしまう。タレの味になってしまうのです。
タレが食べたいわけではないんですw
肉とタレのコンビネーションで食べたいんです
肉あっての焼き肉なわけで
タレあっての焼き肉ではないんです
という事で創味の初代は残念ながら御蔵入り
エバラあたりのニンニクタイプのタレで今はなんとかw
さて、今夜もまた焼き肉か？
否、今夜は確定申告ラストスパート
果たして間に合うか？！
毎年この時期は困ったものですw

Thoughts on grilled meat sauce
When it comes to grilled meat, do you prefer sauce or salt?
I’m a sauce person
There was a time when I used to make yakiniku using my own recipe, but lately I’ve been using 100% sauce.
I love yakiniku because I want to be able to make it myself, but is it normal to want to eat it as deliciously as possible? !
So I set out on a journey to discover the perfect sauce lol
That’s how we arrived at the delicious sauce
Somi’s first generation thick garlic and onion
Super delicious with grated garlic and onions!
But it is. I realized something.
This sauce is the best in my opinion, but I think it covers up the flavor of the meat. That question.
It’s definitely delicious, so the taste of the meat is hazy.
Even if you go to great lengths to buy good domestically produced meat, all the meat ends up tasting the same. It ends up tasting like sauce.
I don’t want to eat sauce lol
I want to eat it with a combination of meat and sauce.
It’s grilled meat because it has meat.
It’s not grilled meat with sauce.
Unfortunately, the first generation of Somi was kept in storage.
I can manage with the garlic type sauce around Ebara lol
