その他のことが疎かになってしまう。
部屋も食も乱れる。
お風呂に入る事も、服を毎日選ぶ事も、億劫になってくる。
いやいや、それじゃダメです。
今回はなるべく、人としての生活もキープして挑んでます。
丁寧な生活が今回の役にも繋がる気がしています。
