毎日のうだるような暑さ…

皆様ご無事でしょうか………

最近は朗読劇『100年越しの初恋』稽古に励んでいます。

駅から稽古場までの道が…

日陰がなく、とにかく暑い！！！！！

滝のように流れる汗。

どうにかなりませんかね…。

ところで、皆さんは小型扇風機をお持ちですか？

涼風の術といえば、団扇か扇子だと思っていましたが…

最近はこちらも一般的に。

持ち歩いている方、多いですよね…。

しかし、先日ニュースで知りましたが…

こちらの小型扇風機、激しい暑さの時に使用すると
かえって熱中症の恐れがあるとか。

というのも、サウナの熱波のような感覚で…

暑さに対して扇風機の風が、より熱を煽ってしまうそうです。

物は使いよう、難しいですね…。

熱中症対策に気をつけて、共にこの夏を乗り切りましょうっ！！

 The sweltering heat of the day…

 Recently, I am working hard on rehearsals for the recitation drama “Hatsukoi over 100 years”.

 The road from the station to the rehearsal hall…

 No shade, so hot!  !  !  !  !

 Sweat flowing like a waterfall.

 I don’t know what to do…

 By the way, do you have a small fan?

 Speaking of cool breeze techniques, I thought it was an uchiwa or a folding fan…

 It’s also common these days.

 There are a lot of people who carry them around…

 However, I heard on the news the other day that…

 This small fan, when used in intense heat,
 On the contrary, there is a risk of heat stroke.

 Because it feels like a heat wave in a sauna…

 It seems that the wind of the fan will fan the heat more against the heat.

 It’s difficult to use things…

 Let’s get through this summer together by taking measures against heatstroke!  !
