舞台を終えて…

少しだけのんびり期間です。

こんな美味しいモノに出会いました。

寿隆蒲鉾さんの『しめ鯖かまぼこ』

出演させていただいている酒林堂生配信で頂いたのですが、

なんとも不思議な、新感覚…。

かまぼこなのに、しめ鯖の押し寿司を食べているような…。

お酒のおつまみに、とても合うお味。

島根県松江市のご当地グルメなのです。

先日、そごう横浜に期間限定出店されていたので買いに行きました。

普段は手に入れることの難しいご当地グルメに出会える…

デパートの全国うまいもの大会。わくわくしますよね。

私が買いに行くと…なんと、ラスト1！！

閉店時間前に完売してしまうとは…恐ろしき、しめ鯖かまぼこ。

買えてよかった…。

ご親切に、美味しい食べ方や松江の魅力もお話しいただき…

温かい気持ちで帰宅しました。

そのままも美味しい、わさびをつけても美味しい。

でも…

バーナーで炙るのが1番美味しいのです！！

いつか皆さんも、機会があれば召し上がってみてください！

 It’s time to relax a little.

 I came across such a delicious thing.

 “Shime mackerel kamaboko” by Shuryu Kamaboko

 I got it from the Shurindo live stream where I’m appearing,

 A strange new feeling…

 Even though it’s kamaboko, it’s like eating pressed sushi with shime mackerel…

 A flavor that goes very well with sake.

 It is a local gourmet of Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.

 The other day, I went to buy it because it was open for a limited time at Sogo Yokohama.

 You can meet local gourmet food that is usually difficult to get…

 Department store national delicacies competition.  It’s exciting, isn’t it?

 When I go to buy it… Surprisingly, the last one!  !

 Sold out before closing time… Shime mackerel kamaboko is terrifying.

 I’m glad I bought it…

 He was kind enough to tell us how to eat delicious food and the charm of Matsue.

 I went home with a warm feeling.

 It’s delicious as it is, and it’s delicious with wasabi.

 but…

 Roasting with a burner is the most delicious!  !

 Someday everyone, if you have a chance, please help me!
