今週日曜日公開。
『梔子』
先日アキさん紺さんと打ち合わせをした時に、
一足お先に、完成作品を観ました。
皆さんに観ていただくのが待ち遠しい…と思いました。
髙のエネルギーが、込められています。
どうぞお楽しみに…。
近頃の桃は…
稽古や撮影、新しい作品への打ち合わせに
パタパタとさせていただいています。
有難いなあと思いつつ、
甘んじることなく頑張らなければ…と
自分に喝を入れています。
でも、自分を大切にしないといけませんね。
追い込むことも必要ですが、
時には自身を抱きしめてあげることも忘れてはいけない。
自分を大切にしている人って、どこか余裕がある。
周りも大切にできている人が多いように思います。
まずは自分を愛そう。
そんなことで始めました…お水生活。笑
なんで？？笑
いえいえ、お水は自分を大切にする必需品です。
1リットル水筒を買いました。
お水をこまめに飲むことは、身体にも心にも良いそうです。
あら…なんか今日お水飲んでないわ…。
と、うっかり飲み忘れを防ぐために、
1時間ごとにメモリも付いているんです！
ペットボトルで飲むよりエコ。
お気に入りデザインでテンションも上げて。
今日も1日、頑張ります！

Drinking water frequently is good for your body and mind.
