母の田舎､長崎から届いた美味しいお芋のお餅､かんころ餅

こんばんは､こんにちは､おはようございます｡
今週も半分お疲れ様でした｡
こちら川崎工業地帯は昨夜雨が降り冷たい空気が更に冷たく感じた夜
今朝も雲に覆われた白い空と､雨の跡残る街
水たまりに映る空も冷たく感じた朝

そんな空も次第に晴れ
白い雲と青空､柔らかい陽射しが顔を覗かせると少し陽射しの暖かさを感じた水曜日

昨日の冷たい空気が残る室内は夕暮れ時までﾋﾝﾔﾘとしていました……

昨夜実家から貰った母親の田舎の長崎から届いた､子供の頃から慣れ親しんだ味
一口香と言う外側が固く中は空洞だけどﾈﾁﾈﾁした水飴感じるお菓子と
かんころ餅と言うお芋のお餅のようなお餅を貰い
早速ｵｰﾌﾞﾝで焼きおやつにいただきました｡

かんころ餅は何と言って良いか分かりませんが､兎に角ｻﾂﾏｲﾓをお餅にしたような
そのままですが……
とても美味しくて､一さんから戴いた紅茶にぴったり……

金の延べ棒のような状態の物をいくつかに切り
ｵｰﾌﾞﾝで焼けば出来上がり

一つ､また一つ､食感も弾力もﾈﾁﾈﾁ具合も最高のお菓子､ﾌﾗｲﾄﾞﾎﾟﾃﾄ同様一生食べ続けられる金の延べ棒

金の延べ棒より､かんころ餅の延べ棒がほしい
炬燵とお茶に合うお餅

週の折り返しの水曜日､気づけば慌ただしさに追われる年末､12月
みなさんもj少しの息抜きを大切に

あ､最近ﾊﾞﾀﾊﾞﾀとやることに追われた後の遅い夕食時､棚から出てきたBlu-rayﾃﾞｨｽｸを観てみると……
ﾌｧﾝの方が焼いてくれた「松本家の休日」に癒される夜

しかし､CMに懐かしい人や､今は亡くなってしまった方が出ていたり､SMAPが出ていたり
ﾀｲﾑｽﾘｯﾌﾟしたようなｱﾚ?と､ついつい観ている内に忘れていてCMになると気づく繰り返し

2015年はまだ自分もWOﾒﾝﾊﾞｰとして活動していた時期
その内自分達が出ていたCMを目にする機会もあったりするのかな……なんて思った癒しの時間でした｡

これからももっともっと疲れはてて死ぬまで精一杯生きたいと思います｡
みなさんも､心の中のあたたかな物を大切に

今を明日を生きましょう｡

Kankoromochi, a delicious sweet potato rice cake from Nagasaki.

Good evening, hello, good morning.
Thank you for your hard work this week.
It rained last night here in the Kawasaki industrial area, and the cold air felt even colder.
This morning too, the white sky covered with clouds and the city where traces of rain remain
The morning when the sky reflected in the puddle felt cold

The sky gradually clears up
On Wednesday, I felt a little warmth from the white clouds, blue sky, and soft sunlight peeking through my face.

The room remained cool until dusk, still with yesterday’s cold air…

Last night I received it from my parents’ house, from my mother’s countryside in Nagasaki, and it was a taste that I was familiar with since I was a child.
It is a sweet that is hard on the outside and hollow on the inside, but has a sweet starch syrup feel.
I received a rice cake called kankoro mochi, which looks like sweet potato rice cake.
I immediately baked it in the oven and had it as a snack.

I don’t know what to say about Kankoro Mochi, but it’s like a rice cake made from a rabbit and a sweet potato.

It’s very delicious and goes perfectly with the tea I received from Mr. Hajime…

Cut something that looks like a gold bar into several pieces.
Bake in the oven and it’s done

One by one, these sweets have the best texture, elasticity, and consistency, and like fried potatoes, they are gold bars that you can eat for a lifetime.

I would rather have Kankoromochi bars than gold bars.
Mochi that goes well with kotatsu and tea

A relaxing night with “Matsumoto Family Holiday” baked by a fan

However, there are some nostalgic people in the commercials, people who have passed away, and SMAP.
It feels like I’ve slipped back in time, and then I keep forgetting about it while watching it and then realize it’s going to be a commercial.

2015 was a time when I was still active as a WO member.
It was a relaxing time that made me wonder if we might even get a chance to see the commercial we were in.

I will continue to get more and more tired and live to the fullest until I die.
Everyone, please cherish the warm things in your heart.

Let’s live for tomorrow now.

それはとても良いですね!小さなみかん剥くの大変ですが一口で食べるも良しちびちび味わうも良し､その小さな姿にまた癒されますね……
