佰壱 / One hundred one.

毎日朝から夜中までめいいっぱいとにかく店を盛り上げねば！って事で過ごしています。
ブラック企業も真っ青になるほどのスケジュール？！
隙をついては温泉に行き硫黄泉で疲れを流す日々。一生付き合っていく仲間らとはいえ共同生活していれば色々有るけど、相手の事も考えた上で言葉にして伝えて話し合える。
それは仲間らだけでなく
子供やパートナーにもいえますね。
 怒りの下には寂しさが埋もれて居るように思います。
「我がまま」な「気持ち」を正直に話すって難しいけど大事ですね。

We have to work hard every day from morning until midnight to liven up the store!  That’s what I’m spending my time with.
 Is the schedule so big that even black companies are disappointed?  !
 Every day I take a chance, I go to a hot spring and wash away my fatigue in the sulfur springs.  There are many things that can happen if you live together with friends who will be with you for the rest of your life, but you can think about the other person’s needs, express them in words, and discuss them.
 It’s not just my friends
 The same can be said for children and partners.
  I think there is loneliness buried beneath the anger.
 It’s difficult but important to honestly talk about your “selfish” feelings.
