こんにちは､おこんばんは､おはようございます｡
先週の始まりは台風､終わりは優しいｵﾚﾝｼﾞ色
そして今週の始まりは優しく晴れた空｡
早朝の優しい空気と空､柔らかな陽射しが落とす影
新しい一週間の始まりの月曜日は気持ちの良い秋晴れ

ｽﾀﾊﾞのｶｯﾌﾟにｲﾝｽﾀﾝﾄｺｰﾋｰを煎れ
雰囲気だけｽﾀﾊﾞを味わう朝
天気予報を観れば､また台風発生……
逸れて行きそうだけど､毎週毎週ご苦労様です｡

夏の暑さで作ってなかったお味噌汁や玉子ｽｰﾌﾟが恋しく感じ始めたこの頃

この夏は3玉入りのうどんや4玉入りの冷やし中華を買っては日々ｱﾚﾝｼﾞｱﾚﾝｼﾞの日々でした｡
月､焼きうどん
火､冷やし中華(しょうゆ)
水､冷たいうどん
木､冷やし中華(ごま)
金､ﾓﾔｼと豚肉うどん
土､ｷｭｳﾘ山盛り冷やし中華
日､焼きうどん
これで､うどん3玉､冷やし中華4玉……
たまにはｽﾃｰｷとか焼き肉とか食べたいな……

そんな中でも
この夏一番多く作ったのが､簡単めんつゆ焼きうどんでした｡
これからの時期そんな､うどんや麺をどうｱﾚﾝｼﾞしていくか……
秋､冬とまた頭の中とｸｯｸﾊﾟｯﾄﾞを見ながら､安上がりで簡単に出来るﾚｼﾋﾟ､ﾙｰﾃｨｰﾝを探していこうと思います｡

こんないつもの夕暮れ時……
もう､行き過ぎて､まいばすけっとの店員さんより出勤しているであろうおじさん

この間､そんなまいばすけっとで､父親と会いました｡
親子揃ってﾏｲﾊﾞｽｹｯﾀｰでした……こりゃﾏｲｯﾀｰ

さて､親父ｷﾞｬｸﾞが飛び出したところで
今週もﾀﾞﾝｷﾁ·なお美のおまけｺｰﾅｰではなく､ｸｲｽﾞです!

Brew instant coffee in a Starbucks cup
A morning where you can enjoy only the atmosphere of Starbucks
Looking at the weather forecast, another typhoon is coming…
It looks like it’s going to deviate, but thank you for your hard work every week.

Around this time, I began to miss the miso soup and egg soup that I hadn’t made in the summer heat.

This summer, I bought 3 servings of udon noodles and 4 servings of chilled Chinese noodles and arranged them every day.
Mon / fried udon
Tue / chilled Chinese noodles (soy sauce)
Wed / cold udon
Thu / chilled Chinese noodles (sesame)
Fri / bean sprouts and pork udon
Sat / cucumber heaping chilled Chinese noodles
Sun / fried udon
With this, 3 bowls of udon, 4 bowls of chilled Chinese noodles…
Sometimes I want to eat steak or grilled meat…

Even so
The dish I made the most this summer was the simple mentsuyu yakiudon.
How to arrange such udon and noodles in the future…
In the fall and winter, I will search my head and cookpad to find recipes and routines that are cheap and easy to make.

週末はこちらもお天気が良く、夏の空気の混ざった気持ちよい晴れでした！
昨日の朝は毎週恒例のゴミ拾い、その後は仲間の皆さんとテニスやスラックラインをしながら
その場で焙煎してくれたコーヒー……良いですね！
朝から活動はやはり気持ちが良いものですね！自分も毎日朝からバリバリ活動しています。
家の中ですが……笑
それから、母猫ちゃんは昨日もどこかへお出かけ……ついて行ってみたいですね……

短い秋の次は寒い冬、今年の冬は厳しいそうですよ…..中々ちょうどいい季節は長くは続かないものですね……
