どっと寒くなりましたね。
私は末端冷え性なので、手袋！靴下２枚履き！と冬は何かと大変です。
しかし、今年は、あまり末端が寒く無い！？
なぜ？
あっ、もしかしたら有酸素運動と歌かな？
だとしたら、旅が終わっても、続けなければ！

さて、今日からは7連続で公演です。
土地も場所も変わるので、ここは体力勝負です！
